Updates of Autopano Pro and Autopano Giga are free up to a year after the purchase. Minor updates (bug corrections) are free for life.
You already have version 2? Download directly the latest update without going through the procedure below.
How to update ?
This procedure concerns you if you have version 1 of Autopano Pro and want to update to Autopano Pro 2 or to Autopano Giga, or if you have Autopano Pro 2 and want to upgrade to Autopano Giga.
1. Go to our online store and log into your Client Account using the e-mail address used when you purchased Autopano Pro.
- If you lost your password, you can use the form to get a new password sent to you.
- If you had problems with your postal address, click on "My account" at the top of the page and correct or complete your address, then re-validate.
- At this stage, you can also verify that you are on an account that was used to buy Autopano Pro. Update discount coupons will not work if you use a newly created account with no orders.
2. Choose the new software you would like (Autopano Pro 2 or Autopano Giga 2) to get and add it to your basket.
3. In your basket, use the code provided to get the rebate :
Beware not to have spaces or quotes before or after the code.
If you purchased Autopano Pro after April 1st, 2008:
* the coupon code to get a free Autopano Pro 2 is "PROMOSKJE"
* the coupon code to get Autopano Giga 2 at 100 euros is "PROMOLMBC"
* Update from Autopano Pro 2 to Autopano Giga 2 : 100 euros. Coupon code : PROMOKFRC
If you purchased Autopano Pro before April 1st, 2008:
* the coupon code to get Autopano Pro 2 at 39 euros is "PROMOAQUP"
* the coupon code to get Autopano Giga 2 at 139 euros is "PROMOXGFU"
Check that your coupon was correctly applied, then go to the end of the order process, even if your update is free. You will then receive a message containing your new registration key (except for free updates : a 24-hour delay might be necessary). You can have a look at your registration keys at any time in your Client Account.
Don't forget to download the latest version of your software.
Update from Autopano Pro 1.x to Autopano Pro 2
Clients having purchased Autopano Pro version 1 have received an e-mail end of April 2009:
- If you bought Autopano Pro after April 1st, 2008, the new version of Autopano Pro is free for you.
- If you bought Autopano Pro before April 1st, 2008, the update to Autopano Pro 2 costs 39 € excl. tax.
Upgrade from Autopano Pro to Autopano Giga
You benefit from a special price if you purchased Autopano Pro and wish to upgrade to Autopano Giga: (prices exclude tax)
- If you bought Autopano Pro after April 1st, 2008, you can get Autopano Giga for 100 € instead of the standard licence price of 199 €.
- If you bought Autopano Pro before April 1st, 2008, you can get Autopano Giga for 139 € instead of the standard licence price of 199 €.
