Autopano Giga and Autopano Pro software enable you to create panoramas sizing up to several gigapixels.. The new versions of Autopano Giga and Autopano Pro were optimized for the creation of giant panoramas, as much as it is now very easy and incredibly fast to stitch several thousand images together. The creation of gigapixel panoramas is made easy by the support of motorized panoramic heads. A dedicated tool re-designs the shooting grid with the parameters of the panoramic heads. Autopano Giga and Autopano Pro support Gigapan, Merlin and all Papywizard-compatible panoheads. Autopano Giga also supports Clauss Rodeon panoramic heads.

Some examples of gigapixel panoramas created with Autopano software: Paris 20 Gigapixels is a new project associating photographer Arnaud Frich and Kolor. This stitching of 2000 images will be the world's biggest stitched panoramic image. The project already won the Photo Innovation Prize from SFR (2nd telecom provider of France).
