Bug management: reports and workflow

How do we work ?

I always look at every post here ( and anywhere in the forum BTW ). I don't answer always of course, but I rather treat all bugs in one pass. It often happens  at the beginning or the end of a new development phase. We correct bugs, add new features, correct again bugs and release the version.

So when the bug report is obvious and if we are already of it, it happens that I don't post any reply.
If the bug report is new or had never being reported, first I need to check it and then a reply is added with the state ( confirmed, not revelant, fixed ).
Sometimes, I reply quickly because I need some more information, I need pictures set, etc.
