roadmap for releases

When is 2.4 planned to be out? AlexandreJ said he hoped it would be out a week or two ago, so can you please update as to what the new release date is planned to be?

When will the package necessary for translating 2.4 be out, and where?

We need to do an internal RC3 to check that remaining bugs are solved.
The package for translator will be soon ready.
