The image is the old one, for the CP Editor

Image:ancre_locked.png Anchor type Locked

Aren't there a lot more options now available for anchor type?

There are differences between the icons listed here and those displayed in the CP Editor for V1.4.0

'Color correction' | Anchors

1. The first anchor is called 'locked' but 'hard' in the options list of the Panorama Editor

2. There are differences in the order of the anchors, and the wording ('though not sense) between the documentation and the options list, in the PE.

This part of the wiki does list all the color anchors but the description of what those anchors do is elsewhere - and I do not see a link to those detailed descriptions.
