Color matching images in a panorama

Sometimes the light changes quickly, and each position needs a different WB. Or You are shooting indoors in mixed lighting.

If you bracketed, first do HDR first on each bracketed set. I'd run the output of PhotoMatix (or whatever HDR program you use) through PS, and use Image->Adjustments->Match Color. IIRC, this can't be done on 32 bit data, so you may as well output a TIFF from PM. (so you may hve to do some compression, but not tonemapping).

Note that if you check the "Neutralize" box, which will try to do an AWB but will try to avoid clipping any channel. This gives better results than using the WB tool in levels.

If you have one image that is colored correctly, you can then match the colors of the other images to it.

Then I'd stitch and then tonemap.
