Under 'Save' we have: "where you can change your projects names or simply save a different version of a file."

This text implies that we can change two different things/objects: 1) a project (with a name); ii) a file. But, in practice, we just have a (.pano) file whose filename is the name labelling that panorama's window. (If we change the filename, using Save-As then the 'project' = panorama name is also changed, on the window.)

So I do not see what 'a different version of a file' means. It means that you can save different versions of a project. For example, if you save a version with some adjustments you did in the Editor, you can also save the same project with other types of adjustments you may tried in the Editor.

So the text quoted might read: "where you can change your project's name by changing the name of the [.pano] file in which the project parameters are stored."

(As a much wider point, which may be better sorted out by a different route, I do wonder if having three names for the same object helps. The three names are: project, panorama, and - here - file.)
